Conditions for an Accepted Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition:
- Unworn and unused
- Including all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, cards, and packaging)
- In its original packaging and condition

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different model or color, please return the original item according to the return procedure and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders are shipped via Aramex from our warehouses located in Lebanon and France.
Estimated delivery times:
- Lebanon: 24 to 48 business hours
- Middle East: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: from 5 business days
