Orders are shipped via Aramex from our warehouses located in Lebanon and France.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Lebanon: 24 to 48 business hours
- Middle East: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: from 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, SASI EYEWEAR cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of its control.
A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the received product is defective or incorrect.
